MOD 3- Assignment 3- Google Doc Forms

After looking at some Google Doc forms, I have a much better idea how to use them. Since this is something that is part of our email, we need to be using it. I am going to try to use this more now. 

• Polling faculty on ideas for school improvement committee
• student information
• parent information
• Bell ringers
• exit cards
• reflections of activities ( I like my students to to let me know if it is a keeper or not) 
• faculty info socials so we all don't bring paper plates
